Our Story — Berichand Grow Shop

Ever wonder where the name Berichand comes from? It's a play on words — and a little piece of our hearts. My name is Rich, and my love of cacti was born in the breathtaking Sonoran Desert, where I grew up surrounded by towering saguaro cacti in one of the most unique natural environments on earth. That landscape shaped me, and it never left me.

This shop was created together with my wife — a shared passion project where we get to do what we love every day: sourcing, growing, and sharing remarkable plants with people who appreciate them as much as we do.

What's in a Name?

"Berichand" holds a deeper meaning too. It's our hope that whoever brings one of our plants into their home will "be" present and carry a "growth" mindset through life. Plants have a way of grounding us, slowing us down, and reminding us to appreciate the beauty in small, living things.
