Refund policy
All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any items arrive damaged.
Damages & Issues While we do not accept returns, we take product quality seriously. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at berichandgrow@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and work toward a resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items All items are considered final sale, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We do not accept returns on any items, including sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. All sales are final.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under EU consumer law. If applicable, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds We do not offer refunds. In exceptional cases where a resolution is warranted (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will notify you of the outcome after reviewing your case. Any approved resolution will be processed within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your case was approved, please contact us at berichandgrow@gmail.com.
