Are your plants healthy and well-rooted?
Absolutely! Every plant we sell is carefully inspected before shipping. We only send out healthy, well-established plants that we would be proud to have in our own home. You will receive the exact plant shown in the photos.
Do you sell rare or hard-to-find varieties?
Yes! Sourcing rare and unique plants is our specialty. We regularly update our inventory with new and exciting varieties, so check back often or follow us on social media for updates.
How do I care for my new succulent or cactus?
Most succulents and cacti thrive with bright indirect light, infrequent watering, and well-draining soil. Each order includes basic care instructions, and you can always reach out to us for personalized advice.
📦 Orders & Shipping
How are plants shipped?
All orders are shipped bare root or semi-bare root (without pot) to ensure the safest transit. Plants are carefully packaged to protect them during delivery.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, depending on plant availability. We generally ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays and ensure your plants spend as little time in transit as possible.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are dispatched from the United States.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.
What about cold weather shipping?
During colder months, please consider purchasing a heat pack if temperatures will drop below 40°F during transit. We also recommend upgrading to USPS Priority shipping to minimize the time your plant spends in cold temperatures. Please note that we are not responsible for frost damage or USPS delays.
Do you ship internationally?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to the living nature of our products. However, 100% satisfaction is our goal! If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will do our best to make it right.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
We stand behind every order. If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will work with you on a resolution.
