How We Ship

All orders are shipped bare root or semi-bare root (without pot). This is the safest method for shipping live plants and ensures they arrive in the best possible condition. Every order is carefully packaged with protective materials to keep your plant secure during transit.

Shipping Schedule

We generally ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid plants sitting in transit over the weekend. This helps ensure your plant arrives fresh and healthy.

You will receive the exact plant shown in the product photos. No surprises — what you see is what you get!

❄️ Cold Weather Shipping

During the colder months, please take the following precautions:

Consider purchasing a heat pack if temperatures are expected to drop below 40°F during transit.
Consider upgrading to USPS Priority shipping to reduce transit time and minimize cold exposure.
Please note: We are not responsible for frost damage or USPS delays. Cold weather shipping is at the buyer's risk.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to the living and perishable nature of our plants.

However, your satisfaction is our #1 priority! If your plant arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
